We are seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator / Property Manager to oversee daily office operations and manage property-related activities. Duties
- Manage all administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence to keep office operations seamless and efficient
- Deliver day-to-day property management activities such as lease administration, maintenance scheduling, and tenant /leaseholder communications
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette and addressing inquiries promptly
- Assist with upselling opportunities by promoting available amenities or services to tenants and visitors
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor services to maintain the property's condition and safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of property transactions, tenant interactions, and maintenance logs for transparency and compliance
Experience
- Proven experience with office administration or property management roles
- Experience displaying high accuracy and attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phone, in-person and in writing with professionalism and courtesy
- Able to demonstrate a common sense approach to property defects and problem solving
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Initially a part-time role of three days per week (ideally Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9.30am - 5pm but days can be flexible) with the intention to move into full-time within the first year subject to business growth
Pay: £13,540.00-£15,860.00 per year
