Barker Munro Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly successful and expanding commercial insurance broker in their search for an experienced Commercial Account Executive / New Business Developer. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will take responsibility for developing and managing a profitable portfolio of Kent based clients from sole traders to senior leaders of SMEs.
A key part of your success will be your drive to elevate your presence in the local marketplace. You must have a passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings – just to name a few. The stronger your presence in the market, the more successful you will be.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Providing tailored advice across a wide range of commercial insurance products
Candidates will be motivated, relationship-driven insurance professional with experience in commercial lines. We are particularly interested in individuals who are:
- Experienced as an Account Executive, Commercial Broker, or New Business Developer
- Confident in winning new business and nurturing long-term relationships
- Engaged in the local business community and keen to enhance your market profile
- Seeking a long-term opportunity within a respected and growing brokerage
