Scarpetta Cucina Italiana is a new independent, family run restaurant on George Street in Edinburgh.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our hard working and enthusiastic team.
Must be hard working and reliable with a can do attitude.
Able to work at a fast pace and can work under pressure.
A willingness to be part of a small hard working team to help carry out the day to day duties given by the head chef.
Must be clean and organized at all times.
The rate of pay will start from £15, depending upon experience , can be more, depends on experience and demonstrated ability.

Responsibilities for the role include:
- maintaining cleaning standards
- maintaining due diligence records
- assisting with training of team members
- Serving food in a fast paced high pressure environment
- Keeping kitchen clean and tidy
- Ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Assisting with orders
