We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Home Care Team Leader to join our growing team in Havant and the surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Home Care Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, support, and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Conduct staff supervisions, performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure clients receive high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining excellent communication and relationships.
- Respond professionally to client and staff queries, concerns, and changing care needs.
- Maintain accurate care records, care plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, policies, and health & safety requirements.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and resource planning.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about care and confident in leading and supporting others.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior care, team leader, or similar leadership role within the care sector.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good understanding of home care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving people's lives.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
