Existing Customer Remortgage Advisor
In this energetic and rewarding role, you’ll use your mortgage expertise to support our existing clients whose current deals are coming to an end, guiding them smoothly through the remortgage process.
You’ll complete a full fact find and provide tailored recommendations that meet your clients’ needs and circumstances. As part of your advice process, you’ll also offer protection solutions including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and family income benefit.

All appointments are pre-booked directly into your diary by our experienced Customer Care Team, allowing you to focus purely on advising. You’ll join a specialist team dedicated solely to supporting our existing customers.
Alongside a generous salary, you’ll receive:

Requirements
- Previous experience in mortgages, financial services or banking (past or present)
- A qualification that allows you to provide mortgage advice (CeMAP 3 or equivalent)
- A genuine commitment to delivering 5-star customer service

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
