Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and provide correct change
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as needed
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly during peak hours
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Requirements
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar food service role, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory checks
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques relevant to coffee shop operations
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
