Job Overview
We are recruiting for Class 2 Drivers.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various locations. This role involves some heavy lifting, as well as the use of a pump truck and handheld scanner.
Pay
£16.40 or £18.63 with holiday pay added
Shift
* Monday to Friday
* weekends available
Duties
- Operate Trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport goods to designated locations while ensuring timely deliveries.
- Conduct Vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality.
- Secure Loads using appropriate methods to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with Transport regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Valid CLASS 2 licence with a Minimum of 6months experience
- Valid Digital Tacho Card
- Valid CPC Card
- No more than 3 points
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
