TASTE FILM Events manager at Parlour, Kensal Green
We are seeking a very proactive and organised Events Assistant to support the planning and execution and delivery of SPECIFICALLY our Taste Film Movie events - Held Every Mon- Friday Only - No Weekends.
Every evening - some lunch events too.
This role involves working in a closely with kitchen and bar, delivering the dishes and cocktails , TIMED and COORDINATED to the movies. To the guests - 30 people every service with changing movies every few weeks.
You will work alongside another waiter on these events.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience in hospitality.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of the TASTE FILM events, including setup and breakdown
- Support with guest welcome and customer service
- Handle upselling opportunities to maximise revenue during these events
- Manage time essential to ensure all event tasks are completed within designated movie timeline
- Maintain organisational standards by preparing materials, schedules, and documentation
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
- Support the team in maintaining a welcoming environment throughout the event duration
