We're recruiting a Roofing Sales Manager to join the team at Myers Building & Timber Supplies, Brighouse.
Your primary aim is to support MBTS sales in achieving sales targets, and safe working environment compliance, and sales aspects of commercial performance In doing so, this position plays a vital role in achieving sales budgets and profit growth.

What you'll be doing
- Achieve sales and margin targets for Myers Building and Timber Supplies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use relevant market intelligence (MI) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other Sales Managers across the group to maximise cross-company sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales & Strategy Manager to align key account plans and new business initiatives with overall group strategy.
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Proven experience in key account management and business development.
- Strong strategic understanding of the building supplies industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Highly organised with good time management.
