Mini Munchkins Day Nursery is a friendly, well-established nursery looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator ONLY to join our supportive team on a 48-week basis.
MUST hold a full a relevant NVQ 3 or above in Childcare.
We know long days don’t suit everyone, so we are open to condensed hours or a genuine job-share arrangement for the right Level 3 practitioner(s).
The Role
Level 3 Early Years Educator
48 weeks per year (not term time)
Working with children aged 0–5
Key person responsibilities, observations, and planning
Supporting children’s learning in line with the EYFS
Working Hours (flexible options)
Shift would be 7.45am to 1pm 4/5 days a week

What We’re Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous nursery or early years experience
Good knowledge of the EYFS
Reliable, caring, and professional
Able to work well as part of a team
** Important Information**
This is a full-year (48-week) position
Term-time only is not available
Ideally already hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification but we are looking for someone who wishes to pursue a career in Childcare.
Overseas qualifications must have UK equivalency
Enhanced DBS required and 2 x previous work references.
