Barista – Nikos Espresso & Sandwich Bar
We’re looking for friendly, reliable Baristas to join the team at Nikos Espresso & Sandwich Bar. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced cafe environment, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and work well as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making espresso drinks, hot drinks, and preparing food to a consistent standard
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, professional way
- Keeping the bar, prep areas, and front counter clean and organised
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Working with the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods
- Helping with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures

- Someone who is reliable, friendly, and able to stay calm during busy periods
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow the way we do things
- A team player who can support colleagues when needed
- Comfortable standing for long periods
