Role: Customer Service Advisor
Contract: 6 month FTC
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Regional Service team in Cannock. You'll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience, acting as the link between customers, engineers and regional teams to ensure service requests are managed efficiently and professionally.
In this role you will:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and keeping customers informed.
- Support Engineers, Service Controllers and regional teams to ensure service activities run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and business systems.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve regional targets, KPIs and service levels.
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Previous experience within a customer service, customer support or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Substantial experience using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, or a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification.
