Our staff are salary paid so will get paid the same amount the whole duration of their care shift…. “Even if I’m sleeping?” Yes. We are not a “pop in” company, we support adults 1:1 in their own home and you will form part of a core team for that individual providing continuity.
We are currently recruiting for clients in the Liverpool area.
Experience is not essential as full training is provided.
During the recruitment process we match you to the client we feel you would be most compatible with and carry out person centred training for you and that person.
At present we are recruiting for Full time positions working 48hours per week working over 7 days.
The clients who we are recruiting for leads busy lifestyle including employment, they are ambitious, outgoing, adventurous and spontaneous. The individuals require support to live a healthy lifestyle which includes supporting with our clients’ interests, hobbies and their work life.
For this position you must be a confident driver and hold a full UK or EU driving license and ideally have a good cooking ability.
