Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all departments function seamlessly to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Lead and supervise team members across various departments, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
- Coordinate activities such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with our policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining operational excellence
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to boost occupancy rates and revenue streams
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue management strategies
- Promote a culture of hospitality, leadership, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to problem-solving and guest engagement
