As a Driver, you take our award-winning service directly to our customers’ door and bring to life the Northgate experience. You don’t necessarily need any previous experience to join our team as a Driver, just a ‘can-do’ attitude and the confidence to deliver a great service with a smile (plus, a full UK or EU driving licence too!).
Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

To ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly checked and cleaned to Showroom Standards and provide exceptional customer service at all times by acting in a professional and helpful manner and supporting the branch and team in achieving KPIs.

Responsible and accountable for preparation of vehicles to the highest standards.

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times and upholding the company values, Professional, Team Work and Can Do Attitude.

To enhance and contribute to the company’s reputation for outstanding, professional and excellent customer service through high standards of housekeeping, personal behaviour, presentation and image.

About You
-
You come from a fast-paced, customer-focused background - the industry is not important but where you excel is in quickly understanding what matters to your customers.

You have experience valeting and detailing/buffing vehicles

You are a people person - you put yourself in your customer’s shoes and communicate well with them in sometimes-difficult situations.

You are a confident, courteous driver with good knowledge of the local area - you have some previous driving experience in your career.

You get involved in every part of our business - you take pride being part of the team and are keen to help colleagues with a hands-on, can-do approach to getting things done.
