We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our renewable energy team where reliability, safety, and innovation matter every day. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with high-voltage systems, critical plant equipment, and complex electrical infrastructure within renewable energy infrastructure.
The main responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer will include.
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on utility-scale solar PV systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on inverters, transformers and AC/DC electrical systems.
- Perform electrical testing and inspection of both AC and DC circuits.
- Conduct thermographic inspections, string testing and performance analysis.
- Monitor plant performance and respond promptly to system alarms and faults.
- Complete maintenance reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Support HV switching activities where authorised.
