We’re looking for a Change and Business Readiness Lead to combine change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities to ensure the organisation is prepared to transition effectively into new ways of working while delivering sustainable business outcomes. The role will work closely with project delivery teams and key stakeholders across the business to coordinate readiness activities, support adoption and minimise operational disruption throughout project delivery and implementation.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 08:30 to 17:30(37.5 hours per week)
As a Change and Business Readiness Lead, you will:

Develop and deliver change management and business adoption plans that support operational, strategic and transformation initiatives.

Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of change.

Assess and manage change impacts, risks and resistance, working closely with project teams and business leaders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Coordinate business readiness, implementation and go-live activities, including training, transition planning, hypercare and post-implementation support.

Facilitate collaboration across project, operational and leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and project objectives.

Monitor and report on change and readiness progress, maintain governance documentation, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice development.

Experience delivering change, readiness or transformation initiatives within complex business environments.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Good understanding of organisational change and operational readiness principles.

Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Ability to work across cross-functional teams and multiple priorities

Basic analytical skills for collecting, interpreting, and summarising data and feedback.
