You will be responsible for mobilizing the site independently, showing potential tenants for viewings, and engaging with the local community. The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate management experience and the ability to hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Develop relationships with local businesses, charities, and services.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop Welcome Packs for customers.
- FOH Experience Enhancement: Build out the FOH experience, considering all senses, including music curation.
- Team Building: Create team induction plans, develop onboarding packs, and foster connections across all departments and teams.
- Programming: Coordinate services and events to engage customers and the public.
- Operations Coordination: Ensure a seamless experience by coordinating with cleaning, security, property management, events, and construction teams.
- Guided Tours: Accompany and guide tours on-site for select visitors.
- Visitor Management: Manage access, coordinate calendars, and liaise with various visitor types, including high-net-worth individuals and construction teams.
- Customer Journey Management: Oversee the customer journey before, during, and after visits.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience Required: Proven corporate management experience in a similar role. Hospitality and launch experience is a plus.
- Key Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership, team management, exceptional customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems, calendar coordination tools, and other relevant operational software.
- Other Requirements: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, knowledge of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting, flexibility in working hours, and a passion for music, architecture, environment, and culture.
- Probation Period: 4 months (as per new laws).
