Mini Athletics Exeter and Taunton are looking for an enthusiastic Coach to join our growing team, delivering fun, engaging sports sessions for children aged 1–8 years.
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who wants to develop their coaching experience in a supportive, expanding business.
About the Role
- Deliver fun, structured Mini Athletics sessions using provided equipment
- Welcome, engage, and motivate children and their parents
- Create a safe, positive, and energetic environment
- Take responsibility for sessions and supervise children independently
- Support the wider team as the business grows
Working Hours
- Sunday mornings – essential
- Weekday availability desirable as we expand (nurseries, parties, after-school clubs), but not essential

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Passionate about working with and inspiring young children
- Confident, energetic, reliable, and organised
- Comfortable leading sessions independently
- Coaching experience or qualifications are desirable but not required
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding Certificate
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required for Lead Coach role)
This role has strong potential for increased hours through birthday parties, nursery sessions, and after-school clubs as the business continues to grow.
