We are seeking 3 dynamic and motivated Team Leaders to inspire and guide our adult social care team towards excellence. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for management, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to foster a positive experience.
Skills and Experience
Level 3 qualification in management e.g. ILM (working towards or willingness to work towards qualification)
Relevant professional qualification - Social Worker or Occupational Therapist Essential
Post qualifications (or working towards) Essential
CPD record Essential
Experience of working with a number of different agencies and organisations providing services for adults.
Knowledge of safeguarding processes as welll as performance management framework both service and employee.
Ability to use outlook and a web browser to access information as well as all Microsoft Suite
packages.
Must have:
Driving licence and use of a vehicle for work
