We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medication and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition
- Assist with patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Support the smooth running of the ward or clinical area, including assisting with admissions and discharges
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting is desirable
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient support
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations
