Brand & Operations Assistant
Part-Time | Chesterfield
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and friendly person to join the Bimble & Bolt team.
This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people, loves being organised, and is excited about being part of a growing women's running brand. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
About Us
Bimble & Bolt is a women's running brand on a mission to create the best shorts and leggings for female runners. We're a small but ambitious team that cares deeply about our customers, our products, and the running community.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Experience
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Helping customers with sizing, orders, returns and exchanges
- Delivering friendly, helpful customer service
Orders & Operations
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Assisting with stock management
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
General Housekeeping
- Keeping the workspace organised and efficient
- Helping maintain accurate stock and inventory
- Supporting with general administrative tasks
Events
- Helping prepare for running events and expos
- Representing Bimble & Bolt at events throughout the year
- Engaging with customers and the running community
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable and confident talking to people
- Passionate about running, fitness, or the outdoors
- Willing to learn and get stuck in
- Reliable and proactive
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Bonus Points For:
- Customer service experience
- Retail, e-commerce or fulfilment experience
- Event experience
- A love of running

Pay: £12.90-£14.50 per hour
