Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team in preparing breakfast, brunch, and lunch menus with enthusiasm and precision

- Manage food safety protocols diligently, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health regulations at all times
- Develop innovative menu ideas that reflect current culinary trends while catering to guest preferences
- Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including ingredient ordering, stock management, and prep schedules
- Train and mentor team members in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and hospitality best practices
- Ensure efficient service by collaborating closely with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
Requirements
- Proven culinary experience with a focus on breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in managing kitchen teams effectively
- Strong background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations essential for maintaining a safe kitchen environment
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Experience in restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service excellence
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
