We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chef to assist in running our busy restaurant kitchen. Purecraft Bar & Kitchen offers a quality dining experience with award winning beer, and features high quality modern British cooking.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
- Working in a busy kitchen
- Ordering and monitoring supplies
- Delivering stunning but simple food
- Working with fresh ingredients
- Following the highest food safety standards at all times
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers. Contracted 44 hours per week over 4 days.
