We are looking for friendly and energetic FOH (Front of House) Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests feel comfortable, well-served, and satisfied throughout their visit. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from arrival to departure.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining presentation standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables to keep the dining area clean and inviting.
- Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure all served items meet hygiene standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and order accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper serving techniques.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks is a plus but not mandatory.
