Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis, working during the day shift. Duties
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines to meet project objectives efficiently.
- Support project managers in requirements gathering by engaging stakeholders and documenting project needs clearly.
- Monitor project progress using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, and Smartsheet to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Conduct root cause analysis for project issues or delays, proposing actionable solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project documentation within content management systems like SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow for easy access and collaboration.
- Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and vendors through effective presentation skills and regular updates.
- Oversee team management activities including supervising team members’ workload distribution and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Utilize ERP systems such as Workday and Project Server for resource planning, time management, and cost control activities.
- Lead meetings using organizational tools like Basecamp or Microsoft Teams to ensure alignment across all project phases.
- Support product development initiatives by coordinating with product managers and utilizing data analysis skills for decision-making.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in project management or team leadership roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, data analysis skills, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like SharePoint or similar platforms for document control.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.
- Leadership qualities that foster team collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of product management processes and content development is a plus.

Pay: £30,500.00-£50,000.00 per year
