The Finance Assistant will provide administrative support across the Finance Operations function, undertaking a range of finance administration and customer service activities. The role requires the ability to work independently within established procedures, resolve routine issues and refer more complex matters to senior colleagues where appropriate.
This role will contribute to the effective delivery of student fee administration, income processing, purchase ledger support and cashiering activities, helping to ensure the smooth operation of Finance Operations services.
You will have experience of working in a finance administration or finance support role, processing financial transactions and maintaining financial records. You should also have proven background experience of working with numerical information / financial data and regular interactions with customers or service users.
