What You’ll Do:
- Pick and pack orders for collection or delivery
- Conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and ensure they have an amazing experience every time
- Promote and sell our fantastic range of products by recommending the best solutions
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and perfectly organized sales floor
- Ensure pricing, displays, and signage meet company standards
- Bring a positive energy to the team and every customer interaction
- Follow all policies and best practices to help ensure a smooth, profitable operation
- Handle customer transactions with accuracy and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in warehouse or customer service, ideally in the building supply industry
- Cash handling and till operation experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to work flexible hours
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Reliability and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
