Duties
- Supervise daily operations of street food stalls, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow
- Lead and motivate a team of food vendors and staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices across all stalls
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies and ingredients as needed to prevent shortages
- Train new team members on food production techniques, serving protocols, and safety procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to enhance overall experience
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant, hospitality, or street food setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production environments
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and hospitality skills
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling and hygiene protocols
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not mandatory; a passion for street cuisine is essential
