Location: Gloucester
Contract: Full-time – 37.5 hours
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday
Pay rate: £40,000 -£43,000 depending on experience.

What will the Quality Coordinator role look like for you?
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong clinical awareness and quality/compliance expertise. The successful candidate will monitor the health and wellbeing of the people we support, ensuring support planning, risk management and clinical oversight align with NICE guidance, best practice and individual needs. Working closely with health professionals, operational managers and MDTs, they will identify changes, escalate concerns and support the monitoring of complex health needs. Strong attention to detail, professional curiosity and the ability to identify emerging risks are essential, alongside experience contributing to root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement.
We are especially keen to hear from individuals with experience as a CQC Registered Manager, Registered Nurse or a similar clinical or regulatory background, who can provide confident challenge, sound judgement and a proactive approach to partnership working.

What we are looking for in a Quality Coordinator:
We’re seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator who is passionate about maintaining high standards and driving compliance within health and social care. The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience in monitoring quality and compliance processes, including audits and inspections.

At least 5 years’ experience in the health and social care sector.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory and quality standards, including CQC requirements and other industry frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

A collaborative approach, with the ability to coach and mentor staff to achieve compliance outcomes.
