An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and ambitious Clinical Lead to shape high-quality rehabilitation services across Cherry Tree Close (CTC), Community Enhanced Rehabilitation Team (CERT) and the Placement Review Team (PRT). You will provide visible clinical leadership, support an integrated rehabilitation pathway, improve flow and discharge, and champion safe, recovery-focused care shaped by evidence, service user experience, carer involvement and strong multidisciplinary working.
You will provide visible clinical leadership across rehabilitation services, supporting safe staffing, governance, risk management, quality improvement and evidence-based care. Working with clinical and operational colleagues, you will support complex case management, flow and discharge, staff development, policy compliance, service improvement, patient safety, patient experience and meaningful service user and carer involvement.
