Overview
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Full-Time Restaurant Manager to join the team in a shared role at Cabros. We are looking for the right person to lead our front of house team with our current restaurant manager, to strive for excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service front of house (FOH)
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as well as daytime shifts.
- Supervise and motivate staff, creating a positive team environment.
- Train and lead the FOH team
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and performance appraisals.
- Manage FOH staff rotas and holidays
- Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, age verification policies and health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant premises.
- Assist with special events, functions and holiday cover
Experience
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or senior position in the hospitality industry
- 18+
- Previous experience in bar and barista work would be desirable.
- Passion for exceptional food, wine and service
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills.
- Willingness to work alongside our restaurant management team as this is a joint role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Calm, professional and confident in a fast-paced environment
- First-Aid qualification desirable but not essential
- Experience with using a POS system would be desirable, but training can be provided.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
