WELL'COM RAIL is a company offering an exclusive hospitality service combining intimacy and luxury to make your station travel experience memorable. We assist high-contributing international clientele on arrivals and departures at London St Pancras, Paris-Gare du Nord, and Brussels-Midi stations on behalf of a major railway operator.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for VIP Meet & Greet agent with a background in luxury hospitality. The position is a full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months, 40 hours per week, including weekends, based at London St Pancras Railway Station, starting on June 17, 2024. Contract extension to a permanent position may be considered based on activity and candidate professionalism.
Salary: Base of £1900Net/month + paid overtime

In your daily work, you will closely collaborate with your Station Manager. Your mission? Welcoming and assisting high-contributing passengers at the station, coordinating with their private vehicle and chauffeur. You will also be responsible for accompanying VIP passengers throughout their station experience:
Departures:
- Pre-established contact with the client's chauffeur to determine the meeting point and time
- Welcome at the client's vehicle door
- Handling luggage
- Priority assistance at passport controls and security checkpoint
- Assistance with tax refund
- Accompaniment to the lounge
- Priority boarding to the passenger's seat on board their train
Arrivals:
- Personalized welcome at the train door
- Handling luggage
- Accompaniment to the client's vehicle
Your goal? To provide the most efficient customer experience at the station.
Who are you?
- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong availability and flexibility to work weekends
- Fluent in English and ideally another language
- Previous experience at a station, airport, luxury hotel, or as cabin crew
- Excellent presentation, extremely punctual, smiling, and dynamic
- Passionate about hospitality services and the transportation industry
- Naturally smiling, always ready to help others
