As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our business. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and helping to create a positive, lively environment. Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers warmly and creating a friendly first impression
- Taking orders accurately and confidently while engaging with customers
- Providing menu knowledge and making recommendations where appropriate
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting front-of-house area
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Encouraging repeat visits through excellent service and positive interactions

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation skills are advantageous
- Experience in serving or guest services roles demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and time management skills will contribute to success in this role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential qualities for applicant
