Customer Service & Garment Care Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: The Garment Spa, Chiswick High Road, London
Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, 10:00am – 7:00pm (27 hours per week)
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Customer Service & Garment Care Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied role combining customer service with garment handling and packaging. You will be the first point of contact for our customers while ensuring every finished order is prepared to the highest standard before collection.
No previous dry-cleaning experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, experience in retail, hospitality or customer service would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a warm and professional manner.
- Booking garments into our computer system.
- Processing payments and handling customer collections.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Carefully packaging finished garments.
- Organising completed orders ready for collection.
- Carrying out basic quality checks before garments are released.
- Preparing collection and delivery orders.
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and well presented.
- Assisting the team during busy periods.

Desirable (but not essential)
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Experience using point-of-sale systems.
- An interest in fashion, tailoring or garment care.
