We Love Your Projects is looking for an experienced and driven Kitchen Designer/Bathroom - Sales Professional to join our growing team in Hillington.
This is a customer-facing role suited to someone who can combine great kitchen design with strong sales ability. You will work directly with customers from initial consultation through to design, quotation and sale, helping them create a kitchen/bathroom that looks great, works for their lifestyle and fits their budget.
You will be joining a fast-growing home improvement company covering Glasgow and the West of Scotland, with the opportunity to earn additional income through commission and performance-related bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to understand their requirements, style, budget and priorities
- Design functional and visually impressive kitchens using design software
- Produce detailed kitchen/bathroom layouts and 3D designs
- Guide customers through selecting kitchens, worktops, appliances, finishes, fixtures and accessories
- Provide expert advice on layouts, storage solutions and maximising available space
- Prepare accurate quotations and project estimates
- Convert customer enquiries and appointments into sales
- Upsell relevant products and services where they genuinely improve the customer's project
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales and design process
- Work closely with our installation team, suppliers and management to ensure projects progress smoothly
- Follow up quotations and opportunities to maximise conversions
- Manage multiple customer projects and enquiries at the same time
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen/bathroom design experience is strongly preferred
- Experience within kitchen, bathroom, home improvement or related sales
- Confident using design software
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident discussing budgets and presenting quotations
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Basic maths and measurement skills
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend and evening availability may occasionally be required
Experience
Kitchen/Bathroom design/sales: 5 years preferred
Home improvement sales: 5 years preferred
Customer service: 5 years preferred
Licence / Certification
Full UK Driving Licence: Required
Work Location
In person, based in Hillington, with customers throughout Glasgow and the West of Scotland.
