About the Role Stormwatch Security is expanding and is looking for professional, reliable, and motivated Security Guards and Door Supervisors to join our growing team.
We have opportunities across retail security, static/manned guarding, and licensed premises, offering guaranteed weekly work despite being on a zero-hours contract. This is initially a self-employed position, with the opportunity to move onto a PAYE contract after a successful 3-month probationary period.
Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and members of the public. Conduct regular patrols and monitor site security. Prevent theft, anti-social behaviour, and unauthorised access. Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies. Complete accurate incident reports and shift documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
For Door Supervisors: Manage venue entry, conduct ID checks, handle conflict professionally, and ensure compliance with licensing objectives.
Requirements Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor, depending on the role).
Excellent communication (fluent in English both written and spoken. and conflict management skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends where required.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
