We’re looking for an experienced Junior Conveyancer or Fee-Earning Paralegal to join a leading residential property team in Bristol.
This is a hands-on fee-earning role where you’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working within a high-performing and supportive team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Drafting documents and progressing transactions end-to-end
- Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
- Ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines
- Supporting junior colleagues where required
- Working towards fee targets while maintaining service standards
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience running your own caseload in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a caseload of sales, purchase, leasehold and freehold independently (with some supervision)
