We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Beautician to operate independently, providing professional beauty services to clients in a doctor-led clinic. As a self-employed professional, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule and work in a variety of settings, delivering exceptional customer service and beauty expertise. Responsibilities
- Deliver expert services such as waxing, facials and skin treatments
- Provide personalised beauty consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all tools and workspaces
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professional conduct
- Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring punctuality and organisation of your schedule
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
- Promote your services through social media or other channels to attract new clients and grow your business
Requirements
- Proven experience in VTCT Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, waxing, facials and massage preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and explain procedures clearly
- Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage appointments independently
- Ability to work flexibly according to client demand, including weekends or evenings if required
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Valid certification or qualification in beauty therapy or related field is advantageous but not mandatory for all services

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
