Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Complex Care - No sponsorship available
Location: Little Kingshill, Bucks (HP16)
Pay:
£14.20 weekdays | £15.40 weekends
Shifts:
Mainly days (08:00–22:00), some nights available
The Role
We’re looking for experienced, caring HCAs to support a client with complex needs in their home. It’s a great chance to make a real difference while working closely with a supportive family.
What you’ll do:
- Personal care
- Support with eating and drinking
- Monitor vital signs
- Manage seizures (including emergency meds)
- Oxygen therapy & suctioning
- Pressure care
- Emotional support
- Follow infection control guidelines
What you’ll need:
- At least 12 months’ complex care experience
- Experience with epilepsy, medications, and complex needs
- Full UK driving licence + car
- Good communication skills
- Calm, compassionate approach
