Skilled general labourer needed on a self employed basis for a small building company based near Hook specialising in renovating and extending period properties to a high standard of finish so attention to detail is important.
Will often be working in occupied properties, so must be personable and of smart appearance. Most properties are located in the countryside within a half hour drive of Basingstoke so own transport essential.
Experience of this type of work, ability to work on own initiative and attention to detail required.
Good rates paid. Weekly rate dependant on experience. Long run of work for the right person and could lead to a long term agreement.
