Job Summary:
K5 Engineering Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Delivery Supervisor to coordinate engineering work from scheduled activities through completion. The role will help keep technical assignments organised, ensure resources are aligned with delivery needs, and provide a clear link between engineering teams, project stakeholders, and operational priorities.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate daily engineering delivery activities across assigned work
- Organise workloads according to project priorities and available resources
- Track technical tasks, milestones, and upcoming requirements
- Coordinate engineers, technicians, suppliers, and other project contributors
- Review progress and highlight potential delivery delays
- Support the preparation of work schedules and resource requirements
- Maintain engineering delivery records and project documentation
- Facilitate communication when technical activities involve multiple teams
- Assist with completion reviews and project handover requirements
- Respond to operational issues affecting planned engineering work
- Provide concise updates on delivery progress and outstanding actions
Requirements:
- Experience in engineering, technical services, project delivery, maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or a related environment
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to understand technical work plans and project priorities
- Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable managing several tasks and deadlines
- Practical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with project or engineering documentation
- Supervisory experience is helpful but not essential for candidates with relevant technical or project experience
- Engineering or technical qualifications are advantageous, with suitable transferable experience also considered

Pay: £54,000.00 per year
