Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
- Support food production processes, including assembling ingredients, portioning, and plating dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Help manage daily kitchen operations, including stocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels
- Serve customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food production or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience is a plus, especially in fast-paced settings
