Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Administering medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
- Escorting clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided

- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and infection control procedures
