We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen at The Broadstraik Inn in Westhill.
Working alongside our Head Chef and experienced kitchen team, you'll play an important role in delivering high quality food while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, consistency and presentation.
Rate of pay is dependant on experience, starting from £13.50 per hour.
Main Duties:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within your section according to standard recipes and quality expectations to a consistently high standard
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and food quality and presentation meets to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to all hygiene, health and safety regulations.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Kitchen Environment
