The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing vehicles to the highest standards prior to paint application, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare repaired vehicles for priming and painting.
- Sanding, masking and flatting vehicle panels.
- Filling and minor repair work where required.
- Applying primers and preparing surfaces to manufacturer standards.
- Identifying defects and reporting any quality concerns.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working closely with painters and panel technicians to meet production deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper in a bodyshop environment.
- Good understanding of vehicle preparation processes.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
