Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate young gymnasts. This role involves developing gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to various skill levels.
- Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, and vaulting.
- Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a safe training environment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Organise and participate in internal competitions, and displays.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and a love for gymnastics among students.
Qualifications
- Required to have a minimum of a UKCC Level 1 in any of the following disciplines - General, Women's Artistic, Acrobatic or Pre school gymnastics.
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably in gymnastics or related disciplines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and young adults.
- A passion for promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- UKCC Level 1 in any gymnastics discipline (preferred)
