Duties
- Providing personalised hair styling and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences
- Delivering outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
- Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and offering professional advice on styles and treatments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work station and salon environment
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client satisfaction
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilised and maintained according to health and safety standards
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Experience
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling, with a portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Strong customer service background, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and techniques is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and safety

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,025.40 per year
