Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Organise work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely by team members.
- Promote a positive team environment through motivation, support, and effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and team members.
- Ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by operational needs.
