Duties

- Serve customers promptly, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cooking area throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment of ingredients
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless service experience during busy periods
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen operations, ideally within a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and portion control
- Experience in serving customers with friendly professionalism
- Culinary experience that demonstrates creativity and versatility in cooking styles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
